Now, they just announced they'll hear anti-abortion extremists’ case to impose restrictions on the widely-used abortion pill mifepristone – a drug that has been approved as safe and effective by the FDA for over 20 years. |
| If the Court rules in favor of these anti-abortion groups, it could roll back reproductive freedom in our country even further and reimpose outdated restrictions on access to safe and effective medication abortion – ramifications would be felt in ALL 50 STATES. |
| This case is just the latest in MAGA Republicans’ campaign to BAN abortion nationwide. MAGA Republicans – led by Donald Trump – are marching this country toward a full-on national abortion ban, and if the Supreme Court strips away access to safe and effective medication abortion with this case, it will be another step closer to achieving that goal. |
