Harris, in state and local races across the country, Democratic pro-choice women are running in ultra-competitive races where they won or lost their seat by less than 100 votes.
Before I explain more, will you donate to our Dead Heat Fund to help elect Democratic pro-choice women running in some of the closest races of this cycle?
In the New Hampshire state House, two of our endorsed candidates won their seats by less than 50 votes in 2022:
- Linda Tanner (HD-Sullivan 5) — 31 votes!!
- Judi Lanza (HD-Goffstown 29) — 7 votes!!
And Arizona's 2022 state legislature races were just as close:
- Democrats lost SD-02 by 2,960 votes — 3% of the vote! EMILYs List-endorsed candidate Judy Schwiebert is running to flip this seat!
- Christine Marsh (SD-04) won by 1,189 votes — 1% of the vote!
- Lorena Austin (LD-09) won by 1,577 votes — 2% of the vote!
Picking up just 11 seats total across the Arizona and New Hampshire state legislatures could flip THREE entire state chambers! And since these races are so close, a couple hundred votes could make all the difference in protecting our reproductive freedom.
Donate to our Dead Heat Fund before midnight Friday to support state and local candidates running in ultra-competitive races from coast to coast:
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue, your donation will go through immediately: Thank you,
