Dear Harris,
The team here at Inequality Media Civic Action just launched a new series of voter-persuasion videos, and the results have been incredible.
Usually, if a video moves public opinion on an issue by even 2 to 3 points, that's huge. But our latest videos — which focus on Trump's broken promises and jaw-dropping corruption — are moving people by as much as SIXTEEN points!
I'll explain more about these videos below, but the key takeaway is that we need to get them in front of as many people as we possibly can right now. However, in order to cover the costs and everything else this incredible team does every day, we're counting on your help.
That's why I'm urgently writing to you today to ask: Will you make a monthly donation to help get the truth out and stop Trump's authoritarian assault on democracy?
To stop Trump's authoritarian assault on our democracy, we need to convince a solid majority of the American people to reject Trump — including at least some of the voters who voted for him in 2024.
That's why I'm so excited to tell you about the test results we're seeing from our latest voter-persuasion videos.
The Trump voters who watched our most effective video were:
- 9 points more likely to say that his top priority is advancing his "personal or business interests."
- 9 points more likely to say that billionaires and large corporations have benefited the most from Trump's actions.
- 10 points more likely to say that they don't trust Trump to deliver on his campaign promises "at all."
The results were even more impressive among third-party voters — the kind of people who Democrats must win back. They were sixteen(!) points more likely to say that Trump's top priority is expanding his personal or business interests.
These numbers are truly incredible. That's why we're working overtime to push these videos out far and wide — and we're counting on your donations to help us break through.
Will you make a monthly donation today to help Inequality Media Civic Action educate the public and reach the voters we need to stop Trump?
Thank you,
Robert Reich
