Harris, our nation – and our entire world – is at a crossroads. This November we are facing a binary choice. Do we want someone who wakes up in the morning who's competent, compassionate, and gets the job done or someone who creates absolute chaos, has disdain for the rule of law, and threatens our very democracy? This choice isn’t just for the White House. In just a few months, North Carolina will choose between Mark Robinson – a conspiracy theorist who wants to completely ban abortion with no exceptions, denies the Holocaust, and mocks the survivors of school shootings – and Josh Stein, the current Attorney General and a compassionate, visionary leader who will restore abortion rights, deliver funding for public school teachers and students, invest in community safety, and protect access to the ballot box. Folks in North Carolina know life is better when you have a governor that cares about working families and is not participating in these weird, bizarre, and dangerous conspiracy theories. But elections always come down to the wire in this battleground state. In fact, the newest poll shows Robinson up one point from Stein. To win, we have to keep our foot on the gas until November. |
Nobody thinks this is going to be easy. Nobody thinks this election is going to be anything but close. But we’re focusing on only the most important things as we move towards November. And we’re gonna win races from Washington to New Hampshire because of the input from folks like you. Thanks for stepping up, Tim Walz Governor of Minnesota Chair, Democratic Governors Association |
