DEMOCRATS REPUBLICANS Harris, President Biden and his allies in the states, Democratic governors, have been hard at work fighting to support your rights, uphold your personal freedoms, and ultimately make this country a better place. However, Donald Trump and his MAGA minions are fighting to stop our progress and spread their radical extremism. Just take a look: While President Biden announced an 8.7% increase in Social Security payments and called on Congress to protect and strengthen benefits, Trump introduced a budget to cut Social Security and Medicare EVERY SINGLE YEAR he was in office. The GOP also announced the formation of a commission dedicated to “investigating” more potential cuts to these vital funds that impact nearly 70 million Americans. While Democrats nationwide continue their efforts to protect a woman’s right to choose what’s best for her body, Donald Trump took credit for overturning Roe v. Wade, and New Hampshire Republican gubernatorial frontrunner Kelly Ayotte led the charge for a national abortion ban. While Democrats are fighting to uphold and strengthen our voting rights, North Carolina GOP gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson seeks to scale back those rights, even saying “I absolutely want to go back to the America where women couldn’t vote.” This upcoming election is one of the most consequential in our lifetime, and we must do everything in our power to elect Democrats who will protect our freedoms and fundamental rights and prevent the GOP’s extremist and dangerous agenda before it’s implemented nationwide.
