Harris - we have some very difficult spending decisions coming up, and if you care about the outcome of this election, you deserve to know about them.
Take North Carolina as one example.
Early voting starts there soon, and we know for a fact that there are persuadable voters and Democratic voters who vote infrequently who we can reach before that happens — but only if we have the budget.
This is a state where polling averages show us trailing by 0.3% — yes, less than one percent.
So, we can win North Carolina. If, and it's a big if, we spend that money today — money we don't have budgeted currently.
We want to give the green light. It's a huge risk! But the bet we're making is that this team will come through again like you have every time before.
