My job is to keep our grassroots supporters like yourself informed and ready to take action in their communities. This involves knocking on doors during special elections, calling your representatives to hold them accountable, and sharing Democratic wins with your network. DNC Chair Ken Martin recently launched a new Organizing Everywhere strategy to get the DNC out of D.C. and into the backyards of Americans across the country. The goal is to elect Democrats to all levels of office, everywhere. My job is to execute that vision. We're working day-in and day-out to keep our volunteers engaged through town halls, informed with online trainings, and ready to go out into their communities to help get Democrats elected. Organizing is — and always has been — at the heart of the Democratic Party's strength. It's how we move progress forward, even in the face of deep challenges. To do this, we need the resources to organize early, organize always, and organize everywhere.
