Netanyahu just admitted what we already knew

We need U.S. lawmakers to find the courage to speak up and oppose the ongoing Nakba.

Justice Democrats

Harris, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just admitted what we've already known: Israel plans to force out the entire Palestinian population from Palestine, flatten Gaza, and occupy it.

Tweet from Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib: War Criminal Netanyahu has announced a plan to forcibly expel and ethnically cleanse the entire Palestinian population, flatten, and annex Gaza. This comes after 64 days of blocking food and aid. This was always their plan. The U.S. in an accomplice in this genocide.

The Israeli Security Cabinet just approved a plan to "flatten any buildings that remain standing," displace all 2 million Palestinians, and occupy ALL of Gaza.

All of this while Israel continues to block food, formula, medical supplies, and other aid from entering Gaza, creating man-made mass starvation.

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: this is genocide and ethnic cleansing, full stop. No more smokescreens or spin: Israel is laying bare what it's promised for years, for those who've been listening. This was always the end game.

Lawmakers too spineless to fight back during Biden's presidency should at least find the courage to stand up against U.S. funding for this Nakba under Trump.

May 15 marks 77 years of Israel's ongoing Nakba against Palestinians. Nakba means catastrophe in English, and refers to Israel's efforts to drive Palestinians from their homeland and try to erase their presence.

For the past three years, Justice Democrats Rep. Rashida Tlaib–the only Palestinian-American Member of Congress–has introduced historic resolutions to commemorate the Nakba and call for an end to U.S. support for Israel's ongoing dispossession of the Palestinian people.

As Rashida prepares to reintroduce this resolution this year, we need more members of Congress than ever before to raise their voices against Israel's ongoing Nakba. Send a letter to your member of Congress urging them to speak out and support this resolution now!

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
