In just a moment, we are going to ask you to make a contribution to the Democratic National Committee. Please let us explain why this request — especially today — is so important.
Here it goes:
In just a few days, the DNC will close the books on an important FEC fundraising deadline. And when it ends, they are legally required to report what they've raised. How many donations they received — and when they received them — will be public as well.
Everyone will be watching: Republicans, outside spending groups, and the press as well.
And what we want EVERYONE to see is an overwhelming number of donations made to the DNC on May 23, 2025 — today. Donations made in the immediate aftermath of the House Republicans slashing Medicaid and nutrition programs to fund tax cuts.
Because this fight is not over. It goes to the Senate and then back to the House. And we want every Republican to see the overwhelming grassroots opposition to what they are doing. Make them think twice before voting. And if they do it again, that money will be used to hold them accountable at the ballot box.
So please. Let's make today a day of an overwhelming number of donations to the DNC.
Please contribute to the Democratic National Committee today. Their average online donation is around $30. Many give more. Some give less. But there is no donation too small. It is the number of donations that matters most today.
