- Trump repeatedly pressured GOP state officials to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
- Trump allegedly knew that there were armed rioters in attendance on Jan. 6 and called on these armed insurrectionists to march to the Capitol.
- One of Trump’s aides said Trump grew violent when his team refused to let him go to the Capitol with the rioters.
- Trump chose NOT to act as rioters breached the Capitol, refused to ask them to disperse, and refused to dispatch the national guard to respond to the Capitol attack.
- As Trump watched the violence unfold at the Capitol, his tweets allegedly caused the Vice President’s Secret Service to fear for their lives.
- In a series of outtakes from a taped address Trump delivered the day after the Jan. 6 attack, Trump refused to say the election was over or admit he had lost.
