| Harris, a year and a half ago, the majority-Conservative Supreme Court struck down Roe. Monday would have been its 51st anniversary, but instead, millions of Americans have been robbed of their bodily autonomy and critical – and sometimes lifesaving – health care. |
| Now, without the protection of Roe v. Wade, Republicans are constantly attacking abortion access and other reproductive rights. Their actions aim to: |
- Criminalize abortion.
- Punish those seeking an abortion and their doctors.
- Allow private citizens to SUE anyone who helps people access abortion!
- And House Speaker Mike Johnson is rumored to be eyeing a FEDERAL abortion ban!

| Luckily, Democrats like you are fighting back. Last year, voters codified abortion rights into the Ohio constitution and rejected Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin’s efforts to flip the Virginia legislature red. And in every single state where abortion has appeared on the ballot since SCOTUS overturned Roe, voters have voted to protect reproductive rights! |
