Hi Harris, great to meet you. I’m Jennifer McCormick – and I just became the Democratic nominee for governor of Indiana! I want to give you an update on the stakes of this election and the path we’re forging to win. But first, if you’re ready to hit the ground running and win this race, along with races across the country, then please rush $7 before midnight and have your donation split between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association. If you still need to hear more, please read on. |

Harris, this election will be an uphill battle from now until November 5th, but it’s one we’re confident we can win – and it’s critical that we do. Now that we know who we’re up against, the enthusiasm, momentum, and buzz of this campaign are off the charts. For too long, Hoosiers have dealt with leadership incapable of ushering in a future for Indiana that works for ALL. Indiana doesn’t want extremism. And we’re going to do something about it. |
Which is exactly what I will do when I am governor. |
As a lifelong educator, I’ve spent decades advocating for public schools and ensuring teachers, students, and districts have the resources they need to thrive. And having been elected to statewide office, I understand what it means to fight for ALL Hoosiers. I’m determined to bring both parties together to fully fund public education, restore fundamental freedoms, and bring back jobs. I don’t play politics, and I’m tired of watching leaders with extreme ideology ignore the needs of our people – like my opponent Mike Braun has. |
Mike Braun’s victory in the Republican primary signals a troubling embrace of extremism that threatens to divide our state and sow further discord. He spent his career attacking public education in Congress, allowing companies to ship Indiana jobs out of state and overseas, and attacked some of Hoosiers’ most fundamental freedoms – including siding with rapists over survivors on the state’s near-total abortion ban, and saying states should be able to ban interracial marriage. His platform of chaos and fear offers no real solutions to the pressing issues facing Hoosiers, instead opting for divisive rhetoric and fear-mongering tactics. |
Mike Braun and the Republican party have allowed extremism and dysfunction to supersede the values of hard working Americans. They want autocracy, not democracy, Harris, and they do not deserve to represent Hoosiers. |
Indiana is an incredible state filled with incredible people. But right now we have leadership that doesn’t reflect that. We have a supermajority functioning like a derailed train, hellbent on getting nowhere. And we’re not the only ones. This November, extremism is on the ballot – and no one wants extremism dictating what happens in their bedrooms or classrooms. That is why we need to come together like never before to stand up to this radical agenda. |
We have the opportunity of a lifetime in front of us, Harris: We can bring a future to Indiana that lifts up our communities and creates a path for every single Hoosier to thrive. |
But first I need to win. So please, Harris, will you rush $7 or more before midnight to be split between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association? All donations to the DGA will be matched up to their $75,000 goal – but only until midnight. |
If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your split donation between DGA and Jennifer McCormick will go through immediately. All donations to the DGA will be matched up to our goal: |
The future of Indiana is on the line, but with your help, we can continue to make progress for Indiana, defeat extremism, and demand change. Thank you, Jennifer McCormick |
