Instead of honoring our troops, Donald Trump is throwing himself a $45 MILLION, taxpayer-funded military parade in our nation’s capital for his birthday.
You read that right.
After cutting VA services, firing thousands of veterans from the federal workforce and leaving many of our servicemembers and their families behind, Donald Trump is expecting taxpayers to pick up the tab for his self-serving birthday spectacle.
We cannot allow this shameless display of power to go unchecked. I am calling for 27,480 Democrats to stand with me, rush a donation to the DCCC before his parade starts and ensure it completely backfires. Can I count on you to step up so we can rush resources to critical battleground districts, hand Trump a humiliating defeat and flip the House blue? >>
This is more than a parade. It’s another warning sign of the harm this administration plans to inflict on all of us.
We will not be intimidated. We will not back down. We will take back the House.
