Bunny, President Donald Trump has signed a record number of executive orders.
He's trying to gut our education system over DEI programs, eliminate birthright citizenship, force trans people out of public life, give DOGE unrestricted access to our most personal financial and medical information, and so much more. But the ACLU was ready on day one, and we remain steadfast in this fight. Your previous support of the ACLU helped fuel this fight. Thank you, Bunny – your commitment to our work is so appreciated. The next four years will be challenging, but you can count on us. And we're counting on you, too. Our legal team has taken action and sued the Trump administration more than 45 times (and counting!) to protect and defend the rights of every person. We've hosted Know Your Rights trainings across the country to ensure our communities understand their rights when interacting with ICE. And our community has shown up in force – more than 200,000 supporters have called on their congressmembers to stop Trump's abuse of power and end dangerous programs like DOGE that violate our rights. Becoming a Guardian of Liberty is the best way for you to make sure that we have reliable resources to vigorously defend everyone's right to protest and speak against our government, especially when that government attacks our civil liberties and civil rights.
