Sign the petition: "Judge pleads with Trump administration for reason"

TELL THE SENATE: Trump's all-out war with judges could escalate with a shocking piece of legislation that would disempower district judges. The judiciary has been one of the most steadfast defenses against the worst of the Trump WH. The Senate must stop this bill. Sign the petition: Stop Trump's attacks on judges — oppose the extreme No Rogue Rulings Act!

Harris,

The battle between Trump and the courts could tilt the scales between democracy and authoritarianism. As Trump wages all-out war on judges and defies court orders, we can't let the GOP hand Trump any more advantages.

That's why the Senate must stop the extreme No Rogue Rulings Act. This legislation would prevent district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions1 that halt some of Trump's illegal policies before they can wreak the full havoc this administration intends.

The Senate must preserve the power of the judiciary and reject this legislation, or Trump will expand his unchecked powers and execute more of his horrifying agenda.

As Trump continues his attacks on immigrants and political enemies like Harvard, judges are using their constitutional powers to stop the White House from breaking the law.2

Top Trump adviser, Stephen Miller, is leading the charge in support of the No Rogue Rulings Act. He's spreading propaganda about so-called "activist judges" — claiming that any judge to rule against Trump is "communist" and "extreme."3 This is all part of a coordinated campaign to try to delegitimize judges and give Trump total power.

Republicans in the House already passed this dangerous bill, so it's up to the Senate to stop it before it hits Trump's desk.
