Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are openly defying court orders to bring the wrongly deported home - a criminal insult to the Constitution.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio wrongly deported hundreds of Venezuelan men to a brutal Salvadoran prison, depriving them of due process in violation of our Constitution.
Now they are violating a court order to bring them back, in open defiance of the rule of law
Despite Noem's and Rubio's assertion that these migrants are violent gang members, murderers, and rapists, reporting reveals that 75 percent of them have NO CRIMINAL record.
Failing to hold Trump officials accountable for their egregious violations will erode our civil protections and strike a significant blow to our weakened democracy!
One deportee, a husband and father who has lived in the US for 14 years, was here legally, and had committed no crime, was admittedly deported due to "an administrative error."
Many of these men were in the middle of the asylum process and have no ties to gangs or criminal activity.
The Trump administration is in contempt of court, refusing to return these men while exploiting this tragedy for photo opportunities and propaganda.
Cruelty and fear are the point. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and SOS Marco Rubio have illegally condemned innocent men to suffer indefinitely in a brutal prison, and they are looking for ways to send US citizens too! They must face the consequences!
