My quick request for Harris

Hi, Harris – it’s Illinois Governor JB Pritzker here. With so many tough races up and down the ballot this year, I’m sure you’re getting a lot of emails asking you to donate to Democrats right now. What I’m requesting from you today is a little different, but equally important: your feedback, Harris. Before I share more about what Democrats are up against this November, will you take a few minutes to complete my new Priorities Survey for the DGA? In Chicago, folks from across the nation will celebrate our party’s vision, the historic progress made by President Biden, and our leaders in the states: Democratic governors. But the reality is this, Harris: MAGA Republicans, led by Donald Trump, want to destroy that progress. They want to threaten women’s reproductive freedom. They want to cut Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. They want to take away food support for the poorest children in America. And they want to make our democracy unrecognizable. Luckily, President Biden and Democratic governors like myself have been protecting fundamental rights, creating jobs, and prioritizing kitchen table issues that actually matter to people. I know firsthand that together, we can stop them from taking us backward. To ensure that we prioritize the voices of working American families as we craft our 2024 strategy, we need to hear from folks like you. Your input helps us protect our Democratic firewall, respond to the GOP’s relentless attacks, strengthen the infrastructure we’ll need to win, and most importantly, reelect President Biden and elect Democratic governors across the country.
