| This draconian abortion ban is a huge win for anti-abortion extremists across the country. MAGA Republicans – led by Donald Trump – are marching the country toward a full-on national abortion ban, and this is just another step closer to achieving that goal!
Luckily, Democratic governors like Arizona's Katie Hobbs are ready to fight back against these attacks. Gov. Hobbs said it herself in response to today’s ban: “I’m proud to be a backstop to their extremism. Arizona women should never have to fear the next court decision.”
And across the country, Dem govs have been vetoing abortion bans, stockpiling mifepristone, and enshrining reproductive rights into their state constitutions.
