Harris, today the Trump Administration announced they're trying to eliminate the Department of Education:
Eliminating the Department of Education has been a priority for conservatives for years. During the first Trump administration, Katie stood up to Trump cronies like Betsy DeVos when she attacked our public schools. Trump, DeVos, and other conservatives' end goal has long been to auction off our public education assets to for-profit entities. Now, with an emboldened and unrestrained Trump in the White House–they see their opportunity.
Here's where you can make a difference today: The Department of Education cannot be eliminated without approval from Congress. So, now is the time to demand Republican Members of Congress stand with American families and students who would suffer if the Department of Education was eradicated.
