 Bunny – It's easy to be disheartened right now. As we predicted, the Trump administration is abusing its power to dismantle the federal government and spread general chaos. But even with federal dysfunction, we can still do great things here in Massachusetts. Today, we're announcing the first events in our 2025 Advocates Academy series. Developed under our ACLU of Massachusetts Action Team initiative, these workshops will empower you to be the best, most focused, and most informed advocate you can be.
The first Advocates Academy session focuses on our state legislature, which has enormous power to affect and improve the lives of all seven million Bay Staters. By learning how it all works on Beacon Hill, you can better lobby your lawmakers to pass good bills! But that's not all! We have a whole series of Advocates Academy events planned for 2025. Here are just a few of the upcoming sessions:
