Bunny – The ACLU is looking for students to join us in this fight for freedom. Every summer, the ACLU hosts the National Advocacy Institute High School Program, a week of programming in Washington, D.C. that empowers the next generation of leaders to make social change. We are only two months into President Trump's term, and to fight back against his administration's attacks through the next 4 years, this movement needs young people who are ready to use their collective power to fight back. Are you interested in attending? Do you know a young advocate that wants to get involved in the fight? There is still time to apply! The regular decision application period closes on April 15, so apply soon if you want the best chance at admission. Visit the website for more information about the application process. Our one-week program is offered three times this summer:
Throughout the week, students will learn about our advocacy campaigns and how they work, meet ACLU lawyers, develop a cohort of like-minded student activists, and engage in conversations with policy experts. Tuition assistance is available to qualifying applicants! This is your chance to join your peers to become the next generation to fight injustice. You may have recently seen one of our student activists on the cover of the ACLU Magazine! If you or someone you know would like to apply, please follow this link to learn more. We hope to see you this summer! Together, The ACLU Team |
