Harris, take a look at this:
We agree, Mehdi! Wealth inequality and economic injustice are running rampant in the United States, with billionaires rapidly gaining a higher percentage of our nation's wealth AND political power in Washington.
This issue is exactly what the Democratic Party should be prioritizing, but instead, far too many Democratic incumbents are millionaires themselves and out of touch with the everyday struggles of working-class people.
If our Party wants to serve everyday people AND win more elections, it needs to stop cozying up to corporations and the wealthy elite and start building more working-class representation in the halls of power.
We're pushing them to do just that. Our team at Justice Democrats is currently recruiting working-class progressives all over the country to run for Congress this election cycle.
Congressional races cost more than ever before in history (thanks Citizens United), so unlike our far-right and establishment opponents, we depend on grassroots donations to power our work.
Thanks for anything you can give to help us build more working-class representation in Congress,
Justice Democrats
