Women candidates often face questions about how "electable" they are. Men running for office simply don't get asked that question. Let's get one thing straight, Harris: Women candidates are electable if you elect them. Rep. Mikie Sherrill (NJ-GOV) is proof of that. Mikie was told during her first U.S. House run in 2018 that "people didn't think a woman could win in New Jersey." She proved them wrong — flipping a long-time Republican seat and winning by 15 percentage points!!
