We are in a crisis, but we choose to fight

We are in a crisis, Harris.

Donald Trump, his far-right administration, and unelected billionaire Elon Musk are undermining the federal government's ability to function and executing a hostile takeover as we speak.

First, the MAGA administration attempted to freeze TRILLIONS of dollars in federal funding for government services and programs that help millions of people get by.

Then, Musk and his aides are forcing out workers at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and claiming the agency is being shut down.

Now, Trump and Musk are trying to ram through the Senate confirmation of Russell Vought, the nominee for Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), who is the human embodiment of the effort to freeze federal funding and the architect of Project 2025.

This is a quiet corporate coup by Trump and the right-wing elite. Their goal is clear: gut federal agencies, strip public resources, and use our federal government to line their own pockets. But we won't let it happen without a fight.

A coalition led by Indivisible, Working Families Party, and MoveOn is telling Trump, the GOP, and Democratic leadership: We Choose to Fight.

We cannot leave any procedural action, tactic, or stone unturned in the fight against the Musk-Trump administration. We need our Democratic leaders to use every tool available to stop this privatization of our democracy.
