Calls to the Social Security customer service phone line are being left on hold for over three hours.2 Now Trump is pushing Congress to eliminate nearly all the payroll taxes that fund Social Security, which would force the program to shut down virtually overnight.3 This is an all-hands-on-deck emergency, and we're fighting back by mobilizing tens of thousands of people to contact Congress.
