This is a 5-alarm Constitutional crisis!
Donald Trump falsely claimed that a Venezuelan gang has invaded the US as a pretense for invoking the wartime Alien Enemy Act of 1798.
We aren't at war with Venezuela.
His administration then defied a federal court order that banned the use of the Alien Enemies Act and carried out the deportation of alleged Venezuelan immigrants anyway.
Trump is in violation of our Constitution!
This is rubicon crossing territory, and it lays the foundation for Trump to arrest and deport anyone he deems an enemy.

With no evidence nor due process, 200 people were renditioned to an El Salvadoran gulag that Trump hired to house them for $6 million. Were they here illegally? Were they in fact, criminals? Were they Venezuelan? No one knows…
A federal judge has stated, "Those people need to be returned to the United States."
El Salvador's president Bukele reposted an article explaining that a federal judge had ordered the planes to return to the U.S., adding the comment: "Oopsie… Too late," with a laughing emoji. Secretary of State Marco Rubio reposted it.
If presidents can do whatever they want, including putting people on a plane and sending them to prisons in a foreign country with no due process whatsoever, then really, who are we?
