This is a massive human rights violation

More than 200 Venezuelan immigrants were rounded up and deported to a mega-prison in El Salvador without a hearing.

Justice Democrats

Have you seen this, Harris?

Donald Trump and his MAGA officials are now openly defying court orders to carry out their mass deportation agenda.

Trump's administration blatantly ignored a federal judge to illegally deport 237 Venezuelan men and even a teenager to a mega-prison in El Salvador without any hearing, evidence, or due process.

They did this using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 — an archaic law used to detain and deport people without due process during wartime, like the Japanese American internment camps of World War II.

To make matters worse, the White House put out disturbing propaganda videos celebrating this mass deportation effort, and have adamantly declared they "don't care" what judges say — they're going to keep ignoring the judicial branch and deporting people without a fair trial.

This is a massive human rights violation and a direct challenge to our system of checks and balances. This is a threat to all of us on U.S. soil: undocumented immigrants, tourists, documented residents, and citizens alike.

We are in a full-blown Constitutional crisis, Harris. Democratic leadership needs to get serious and fight back. But if Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's weakness on the budget showdown tells us anything, it's that we can't count on do-nothing Democrats in the establishment to stop this.

We need to build the resources to elect more progressive candidates who will fight MAGA fascism with the boldness and urgency it deserves. Can you give $5 or more to help us recruit and elect the Democratic leaders we need in the next 2026 primaries?

Contribute $5

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
